We, CASA China Limited (including other members of our Group) would like to alert our customers and the general public to a website operating under the URL http://pearlogistics.com. The operator of the said website uses the name of “SHENZHEN PEARL LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED” & “PEARL GROUP (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED” and has used the same address and/or telephone number of our CASA offices in Shanghai, Ningbo, Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin, Zhongshan and Xiamen to mislead and confuse the public that it is related to CASA China Limited (including other members of our Group).

We would like to declare that the above website is not related in any way, directly or indirectly to us. We have never authorized any of the activities of such operator including the use of our address and telephone number. We have reported to the relevant regulatory authorities for their handling and are taking appropriate action regarding the said website.
